Founder – Chander Kaushik

Chander Kaushik is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 22 years of experience in hotel operations and financial management. He has worked with leading international brands including Radisson, Hilton, Novotel, Ibis, and Ibis Budget, across subsidiary-owned, managed, and franchised properties. This diverse experience allows him to bring a well-rounded, practical perspective to hotel management, balancing brand standards with strong commercial outcomes.

Chander has a proven track record of driving performance across all key hotel functions. He has successfully grown the revenue of a managed hotel by over 35%, consistently delivered Food and Beverage margins above 40%, and overseen hotels with combined annual revenues of 20 million, achieving gross operating profits exceeding 50%. His leadership is grounded in operational discipline, financial control, and a clear focus on sustainable profitability.

His expertise covers Food and Beverage operations, Front Office management, and the effective use of hotel systems including MICROS, FOLS, Opera, Opera Cloud, Bizzon, and OnQ, alongside hotel booking and distribution platforms. Backed by a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management, Chander combines hands-on operational leadership with strong financial and commercial insight.
